Landmark on St. Andrews Bay is a private waterfront condominium community, located along beautiful W. Beach Drive, within walking distance to quaint downtown St. Andrews and less than two miles from downtown Panama City, Florida.   Our bay front condominiums were originally built as apartments in 1969 and were converted to condominiums in 2001.  After Hurricane Michael in 2018 our community underwent a major renovation that created the opportunity to revitalize many older elements of the property amidst its lovely bay front setting.  The community is managed by the Association of Landmark Condominiums, served by a Board comprised of five individual owners along with our full time Community Association Manager.  Each unit is individually owned and enjoyed by a mix of full time residents, weekenders and 'landlord' owners, whose units are available for long term rentals.
